How Do Returns Work at Stitchonomy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Still, it can happen that a product isn’t quite what you expected. No problem – our return policy is simple and customer-friendly.

At Stitchonomy you get a 30-day cooling-off period, so longer than the statutory period of 14 days. Within this period you may return your order without giving a reason. All you need to do is follow the return procedure. Once we have received your return shipment, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the shipping costs. Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Can I Return Discounted Items?

Yes, you can. The statutory cooling-off period also applies to sale items. Here too you have 30 days to decide whether you want to keep it.

Exception: digital products. These cannot be returned.

What If My Product Is Damaged?

Is your order damaged or defective on arrival? That is of course unfortunate. Please contact us at info@stitchonomy.nl and send us a few clear photos of the problem.

We will be happy to provide a suitable solution:

• We will send you a new product free of charge.
• If a return shipment is necessary, we will provide you with a return label.
• If we cannot provide a replacement product, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Cancel Order or Change Address

Do you want to cancel your order or change your address? Do this within 2 hours of placing your order. After that your package is usually already on its way.

Changed your mind? Don’t worry. Even if the package has already been shipped, you still have a 30-day cooling-off period. Just follow our return procedure to send the product back.

Return Procedure

Step 1: Register a Return

Report your return by email within 30 days of receipt. Please include:

• Your order number
• Your name
• The item you want to return
• Optional: the reason for your return

Step 2: Shipping

After we confirm your return request, we ask you to print the confirmation and pack the item(s) securely together with it. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless you are returning an incorrect or damaged product, so make sure the package has sufficient postage. Send the package within 30 days to the return address below.

Step 3: Refund

If the package arrives in good condition and the product(s) are in their original unopened state, we will refund the amount within 14 days via the payment method you used to place the order.

The time it takes for the refund to be processed depends on the payment method you used to place the order.

Please note that if the packaging is damaged or the item is no longer in its original condition, the reduction in value will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. This can be up to 100%.
