Gift Card Terms
Our gift cards are a lovely way to surprise someone. Below you will find the main terms:
- Validity period: 2 years from the date of purchase
- Validity: Redeemable on all products in the webshop
- Right of withdrawal: When purchasing a gift card you waive your right of withdrawal, because it is a digital product
Buying a Gift Card
Would you like to purchase a gift card? Click Gift Card in the menu. There you can:
- Select the desired value
- Choose the recipient
- Add a personal message
Note: Gift cards are digital products. They cannot be returned or canceled.
Receiving a Gift Card
After purchase you or the recipient will receive the gift card by email. This email contains a unique code. You can enter this code during checkout. The credit will then be automatically deducted from the purchase amount.
You can use the gift card multiple times until the balance is depleted and as long as the validity period hasn't expired. You can check the remaining balance by entering the unique code on the right of the page.
Important Information About Validity
Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
They are not redeemable for cash.
Did you lose your gift card? Then unfortunately we cannot replace it. Always keep your gift card in a safe place.
