We consider it important that all products you buy from us – digital and physical – are safe to use. Therefore we follow the guidelines of the General Product Safety Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/988, GPSR).
Our platform is registered as an online marketplace in accordance with the General Product Safety Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/988).
Digital products
Our digital files (such as patterns in PDF format) are:

Physical products
Our physical products (such as kits and accessories) are:

Packaged in a way that minimizes risks during shipping as much as possible.
Using our products may require sharp tools, such as needles and scissors. Always use these with care and keep them out of reach of children.
Our obligations

Therefore we carry out checks in advance and take immediate action if a safety issue is reported.
