How Quickly Will My Order Be Shipped?
We understand you're excited to receive your order. At Stitchonomy we do our best to get everything on its way as soon as possible.
Do you place your order before 12 PM? Then your package will be shipped the same day. If you order later in the day, your order will be sent no later than the next business day. That way you never have to wait long for your new additions.
Delivery Time Within the Netherlands and Belgium
Your package is shipped with PostNL. Within the Netherlands delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. PostNL delivers Monday through Saturday until 9:30 PM.
Do you live in Belgium? Delivery may take a bit longer, usually 3–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link. This allows you to follow your package step by step.
International orders
We ship to: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom (UK), United States (US) and Sweden.

What If My Order Is Delayed?
Sometimes it unfortunately takes a bit longer for your package to arrive. In that case we kindly ask you to wait an additional 2 business days. Is your order still not delivered after that? Then please contact us. We will gladly look into it with you to find out where your package has gone.
Shipping Costs
We apply fixed shipping costs:
- Within the Netherlands: €4,95
- To Belgium: €5,95
If you order for €50 or more, we will ship your package for free.
Order Status
Want to know if your order is already on its way? Log in to your account to view the status.
Did you check out as a guest? Then you will receive an order confirmation email and later a shipping confirmation. Don't see these emails in your inbox? Check your spam folder. Can't find the emails? Feel free to contact us. We're happy to help and will check whether everything went through correctly.
