Legacy Pricing
Our legacy pricing ensures that your subscription rate remains unchanged as long as you maintain continuous membership. This means that if there are any future price increases, your pricing will be grandfathered in, providing you with ongoing savings and stability.
Access Duration
Regardless of when you purchase your subscription, whether it's halfway through a month or year, you'll enjoy access for the entire billing period. For example, if you sign up for a monthly subscription on the 15th of the month, you'll still have access until the end of the month. The same principle applies to yearly subscriptions, ensuring fair and consistent access for all members.
Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions are set to automatically renew with no predefined end date. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please refer to our cancellation instructions outlined in this article.
Payment Failure
In the event of a payment failure, our system initiates up to five retry attempts over a seven-day period, with intervals ranging from 12 to 72 hours between attempts. You'll receive email notifications for each retry attempt. While these retries are in progress, your subscription will be temporarily placed on hold, and access to The Pattern Club Dashboard will be restricted. If all five attempts fail, the renewal order is marked as failed, and your access to the service will be revoked.
Upgrade Process
When upgrading from a monthly to a yearly subscription, you'll be charged for a new full year of membership. Please note that the price is not prorated for the months you were a member before upgrading. This ensures a seamless transition to your new subscription tier without any interruption in service.
