How to Cancel Your Membership

You can cancel from one secure page. The page automatically shows the correct steps for your membership, so you do not need to know which membership system your account uses.

Cancel your membership

1. Open the membership cancellation page.
2. Log in with the email address connected to your membership.
3. If you see your subscription and save options, choose Continue cancellation and follow the confirmation.
4. If you see My Memberships or Still want to cancel?, choose Cancel for the membership you want to stop, then confirm with Yes, cancel this membership.
5. Read the access end date or cancellation message shown on the confirmation screen, then confirm.

Important information

• The confirmation screen tells you whether access ends immediately or on a specific date. This can differ between membership types.
• After cancellation is confirmed, the cancelled membership will not renew again.
• Download any patterns or content you want to keep before the access end date shown on screen.
• If the page cannot find your membership, use the subscription checker or contact support. Use the same email address as your membership.

Permanent account deletion

Cancelling your membership does not delete your account or personal data. To request permanent account deletion, use the account deletion page.
