If you’ve received a Pattern Club gift card, you can use it to purchase your favorite cross-stitch patterns, products, and supplies. The process is simple, and the card can be used across multiple purchases until its full value is spent. Follow the steps below to redeem your gift card.
Steps to Redeem a Gift Card

Check Your Email:
You’ve received an email with your gift card details. Click the link provided, and the gift card will be automatically applied to your account.

Browse the Website:
Explore the website and add your desired cross-stitch patterns to your cart. If you are a Pattern Club member, you can also use your gift card to purchase products and Stitch Along (SAL) supply kits.

Proceed to Checkout:
Once you’ve added all your items to the cart, go to the checkout page. If the gift card covers the total purchase price, you will not be billed.

Partial Payments:
If the total purchase price is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use. You can use the remaining balance for any future purchases.

Complete Your Order:
Enter your billing details (if required for verification) and complete your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.
