Steps to Redeem Expired Stitches

Check Your Eligibility

1. Confirm the Expiration Date:

   Your Stitches are eligible for redemption up to 90 days after they expire. Ensure you’re within this window to proceed.

Calculate the Gift Card Value

1. Check Your Expired Stitches Balance:

   Log in to your account and check the "Stitches" section in your profile to see your expired Stitches balance.

2. Gift Card Conversion:

   Expired Stitches are converted at one-third of their value. For example:

   • 300 expired Stitches = $1 gift card
   • 900 expired Stitches = $3 gift card

Submit the Redemption Form

1. Access the Redemption Form:

   Go to the official Expired Stitch Redemption Form.

2. Provide Details:

   Fill in your name, email, and expired Stitches balance. Double-check all information before submitting.

Receive Your Gift Card

1. Gift Card Issuance:

   Once your submission is verified, you’ll receive a gift card via email. The gift card can be used in our webshop or on Etsy.

2. Enjoy Shopping:

   Use your gift card to purchase patterns, kits, subscriptions, or other products. It’s our way of making sure your Stitches still reward you!
