How to Request an Export of Your Data

As a member of The Pattern Club, you have the right to request and download a copy of your personal data. This feature ensures transparency and compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which provides individuals with control over how their personal information is collected, used, and shared.

Why Request Your Data?

Requesting an export of your personal data allows you to:

• Review the information stored on The Pattern Club.
• Maintain a personal record of your data.
• Exercise your right to control your data as outlined by GDPR.

How to Request an Export of Your Data

1. Navigate to the Export Data Section: Log in to your account. Go to the Profile Dropdown and select Account > Export Data or navigate to Account Settings in the sidebar.
2. Request Data Export: On the Export Data page, click the Request Data Export button. You’ll receive an email asking you to confirm your request. Open the email and click the confirmation link.
3. Confirmation and Approval: After confirming the request, the site administrator will be notified. Once the request is approved, you’ll receive another email with a link to download your personal data.
4. Download Your Data: Use the download link provided in the email to securely access and save your data.

Quick Guide

• Log in to your account.
• Navigate to Profile Dropdown > Account > Export Data or Account Settings.
• Click Request Data Export and confirm via the email link.
• Wait for approval and receive a download link.
• Download your data securely using the link provided.
