How to Spend Loyalty Points
Turn Your Stitches into Rewards!
Your hard-earned Stitches are more than just a sign of your engagement—they’re a currency you can use to unlock amazing discounts on your favourite products and kits in our members-only shop.
How It Works
- Check Your Balance: To view your Stitches balance, click your profile picture, navigate to your profile, and select the "Stitches" tab on the left-hand menu.
- Spend Your Stitches:
- 100 Stitches = $1 to use as a discount.
- At checkout, you can apply your Stitches to cover up to 25% of a single purchase.
- Redeem for Anything: Use your Stitches on cross stitch patterns, Stitch Along Kits, physical products, or even gift certificates!
Spending Stitches at Checkout
Redeeming your Stitches is seamless:
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- At the top of the checkout page, you’ll see an option to apply your Stitches.
- Enter the amount of Stitches you’d like to spend and watch your total update with the discount!
Terms to Remember
- Expiration: Stitches will expire 60 days after your subscription is canceled unless you resubscribe during this grace period.
- Loyalty Points Limit: You can only use Stitches to cover up to 25% of your total purchase.
