Navigating the Account Dashboard

The Account Dashboard is located in the sidebar under My Membership. It gives you complete control over your account. Here’s what you can do:
Orders
View a list of all your orders. Click View to see order details.
Subscriptions
Manage your subscriptions:
- If you’re a legacy member, a link will direct you to a different section to manage your subscription.
- If you don’t have a subscription, click See Pricing to explore available options.
View Subscription Status and Details
- Status: See whether your subscription is active.
- Start Date: Check when the subscription began.
- Last Order Date: View the date of your last order.
- Next Payment Date: Find out when your next payment is due.
- Trial End Date: Track when your trial period ends.
- Payment Method: See if your subscription uses manual or automatic renewal.
Manage Your Subscription
- Cancel Subscription: Use the Cancel button to stop automatic renewals.
- Change Payment Method: Click Change Payment to update your payment details.
Upgrade Your Subscription
Click the Upgrade button to switch to a higher plan, such as yearly or lifetime membership, if available.
Review Subscription Totals
- Billing Cycle: Displays the renewal frequency (e.g., monthly).
- Subtotal, VAT, and Total: Break down the subscription costs, including taxes.
View Related Orders
- Order Number: Click View to see details of completed orders.
- Date: Find the order completion date.
- Total: Check the total cost for that order.
Billing Address
Confirm or update your billing information, including:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
Downloads
Access your digital patterns. For better organization, use the My Patterns section (book icon in the top navigation) to search and filter.
Coupons
Find special member discounts, including holiday offers and personal coupons.
Addresses
View and update your billing and shipping addresses.
Payment Methods
Add, delete, or update your payment methods. Ensure you have an alternative method if deleting one tied to a subscription.
Account Details
Update personal information, change your password, and manage newsletter subscriptions.
